Scope of Work : POSITION IS BASED IN MIDDLE EAST

Support Architecture and Technical Services Directors with ongoing and prospect projects, from conceptual development through final construction and hand-over. Coordinate aspects of design and construction for Six Senses Hotels, Resort & Spas with external and internal teams, including Owners, Developers, Design Consultants, Operations, Brand, Marketing, HR, Finance and Development. Manage day-to-day administrative and other supporting coordination requirements.

Support TS services in the EMEA region.
Participates and supports coordinating ongoing and prospect projects.
Maintaining all relevant project information.
Work collaboratively to assist in the management of development, design, construction, and hand-over phases.
Preparing organizational charts for new projects.
Organize calls with consultants, Bangkok head office, owners, and other project members.
Interfacing with owners, consultants, and vendors to gather data, organize documents, communicate design standards, and distribution of Design Briefs.
Track and update Minutes of all Meetings when required prepared by project manager.
Process documents (Reimbursables Budgets, Monthly Services Invoices, Reimbursables Invoices, Travel Requests, etc.) for Bangkok head office submission and/or approval when required.
Arrange travel for TS Team, assisting with flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas (if required). Collect and confirm approval from ownership for travel.
Create and submit expense claims for Technical Services team for project costs and travel.
Maintaining a critical path for projects.
Update Consultant and Vendor database.
Assist to update Standards and Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Assist Developments team and TS team with creating and coordinating projects ‘Look & Feel’, Area Programs and Design Brief presentations.
Input and update project information – i.e. Area Program, Capex Model, Reimbursable budget, project directory.
TS Monthly report – Gather input and support the issuance of monthly reports.
Qualification : Education in Design Management &/or Architecture, or Building Science/Construction
Fluency in English (essential); Arabic
Additional languages for EMEA region helpful
